Role: Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Champion the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, with the help of the Restaurant Manager and Martha’s Vineyard team, to deliver unrivalled customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and team members to create a fun, lively and enjoyable work atmosphere whilst upholding the highest standards at all times

Mentor, motivate and harness a positive working environment that encourages development, excellence, leadership and coaching in a customer focused environment

Elevate customer satisfaction levels to deliver KPI targets and maximise development and sales growth at every opportunity
